The Colony features 140 guestrooms located across several unique buildings. Our Main Historic Inn offers breathtaking ocean views and a classic "old world" New England experience and charm. The newly built Coveside accommodations feature river and garden views, oversized rooms with contemporary styling, and modern conveniences. Also available as private rentals, we have the Boutoughton and Florance private houses that are ideal for families or small groups.  Please note that the main historic building, Marine Room, and pool close from late October through mid-May, with Coveside and private house accommodations remaining open year-round.
